| Andy and Mandy were married on May 22, 1999. They have a 12 year-old son, Alex, who attends Cove Creek Elementary School. Andy works full-time with Pizza Hut of Boone as a driver, and is going to school to become a phlebotomist. Mandy works full-time with Tarheel Capital Corporation of Boone. They work together as M & A Photography, located in downtown Vilas, NC! M & A Photography offers a wide variety of photography services specializing in wedding photography, and also including special events such as anniversary and birthday parties, portraits, real estate photos, and even pet photography. Andy has in the photography business for over 20 years, first starting out as Photography by Andy P. In that time we have photographed over 100 weddings. Andy has worked as a photojournalist for local newspapers, and has photographed such artists as Alan Jackson, Peter Frampton, Tommy Shaw, and Kenny Rogers, among others. When working with the bride and groom, they pride themselves in taking the time to capture the entire wedding, from before the beginning, until after the reception is finished. What they provide to you is a full album of only the finest photos showing every angle of the joyous event that they can cover. M & A Photography captures the traditional shots such as the wedding party and bride coming down the aisle, the exchange of the rings and the vows, the lighting of the unity candle, and of course, the first kiss. But beyond that they capture even more precious moments that the bride and groom many times cannot see. These include expressions, emotions,and one-time shots that could never be repeated. They work hand-in-hand with the couple to make sure all the posed shots are covered beginning with the wedding party, and ending with family and friends. Any special requests and shots are not only honored, but are encouraged. "Though we are taking the photos, you-the bride and groom know who is there, and what family and friends need to be captured on film for years of memories. Therefore we depend also on you to let us know what extra photos you desire. We are working for you." And, as always, the photos are presented in an attractive wedding album, and are yours to keep.
